Cancellation Policy

Thank you for choosing us and for the privilege of serving you. To ensure the highest level of service, please take a moment to review and respect our cancellation policy. We understand that life can bring unexpected events, and we aim to be both fair and accommodating to all clients by following these policies:

• Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made within this period may result in the full charge of your scheduled service. Please note, we reserve the right to charge the credit card on file for any late cancellations or missed appointments.
• No-Shows: Appointments missed without notice may incur the full service charge, with the credit card on file charged for the missed session. To secure your next appointment, a non-refundable deposit of 50% of the service cost will be required.
• Late Arrivals: We will do our best to accommodate late arrivals, but sessions may be shortened to respect following clients’ appointments. The full service fee will still apply.
